Hotels About shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use  Hotels About, any errors or omissions in Hotels About, or the products and services obtained by you.  We urge all shoppers to conduct an independent evaluation of any merchant or supplier of services before transacting business.  See each store or agent for specific warranties and return policies in effect at the time of purchase.  All reasonable efforts have been made to offer quality services and goods.
